Good to know
When will my order arrive?
Printing takes 2–3 business days, then delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US. For Christmas, order by December 12.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it for free. Because each item is made for your pet, we can't take returns for a change of mind.
Can I put two pets on one gift?
Yes. Upload a photo with both pets in the frame. For best results, choose the blanket or the 18 × 24 in poster.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 states.
